The difference
"I already have access. What can you get that I can't?"
Fair question, and I hear it from nearly every new client. Most of them have status with the airlines, a card that gets them into lounges, and a favorite property or two where the staff know their name. They don't need help booking a room.
Here's what the room doesn't come with. When I book you through my partnerships, the property knows a Virtuoso advisor is behind the reservation, and they treat it accordingly: an upgrade when one exists, breakfast every morning, a credit toward the spa or dinner, and check-in and check-out times that fit your flights instead of theirs. When I send a note to the general manager before you arrive, someone reads it.
That's the room. The bigger difference is everything around it. A private guide I've used before and trust. A driver who's waiting, not on the way. A dinner table at the restaurant that isn't taking reservations. A day rebuilt on the fly because the weather turned. Those don't come with any card. They come from relationships, and from someone whose whole job is your trip.

Custom travel itineraries, designed once, for you
I don't work from packages or from a list of places I sell. I design custom travel itineraries, and I start with you. Our first conversation is about how you travel: the pace you like, how you feel about early mornings, whether you'd rather have three days in one place or a taste of five, and what a trip has to include for you to call it a success.
From there I design a proposal. Not a list of options to pick from, but a considered plan with my reasoning attached: why this property and not the one across the street, why this suite category, why the private guide on day two and a free afternoon on day three. We go back and forth until it's yours.
Then I book all of it. Flights, properties, ships, guides, drivers, tables, tickets, insurance. You receive one clean itinerary with everything in it, and a single person to call about any of it.
While you're away
Who this is for
I check in during the trip. Not to hover, but because the moment something needs adjusting is usually the moment you'd least like to be making phone calls. In every destination I work with an on-site partner, so when a plan needs to change, the person fixing it is local, awake, and already familiar with your itinerary.
My clients are people who've traveled well and want to keep doing it without carrying the work themselves. They're clear about what they want, they'd rather invest in the right trip than negotiate the cheapest one, and once they trust a recommendation, they take it. If that sounds like you, I'd like to talk.
